Tt345 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Guidelines

1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "tt345" refers to the Sports Betting and online casino platform accessible at tt345.best and its subdomains.
• "User" is any individual who creates an account on the tt345 platform and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
• "Account" is the user's individual account on the platform, identified by a unique email address and CPF.
• "Balance" is the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account for placing bets or making withdrawals.
• "Bonus Balance" is the amount granted by tt345 as part of a promotion, subject to rollover requirements before it can be withdrawn.
• "Bet" is any instruction submitted by the user to participate in a sports market, casino game, crash game, or poker game available on the platform.
• "Odds" are the return multipliers associated with each possible outcome in a Sports Betting market.
• "Rollover" is the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) is the process of verifying a user's identity through the submission of official documents.

2Eligibility

Use of the tt345 platform is permitted exclusively to individuals who cumulatively meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration;
• Be a legal resident of Brazil;
• Hold a Valid and active CPF with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Not be listed on any active self-exclusion list on the tt345 platform;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or first-degree relative of a tt345 staff member;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code.

Tt345 reserves the right to request proof of any of these requirements at any time. Accounts created or used by individuals who do not meet these criteria will be closed immediately, and any real-money balance will be refunded — bonus balance will be forfeited.

3Account Creation & Use

Each user may hold one active account only at tt345. Creating multiple accounts — even with different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed, with any bonus balance forfeited.

By creating an account, the user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including their full legal name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, residential address, and active email address. Providing false information constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in civil and criminal liability under Brazilian law.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — secure. tt345 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to protect their information. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via the live chat available on the platform.

Identity verification (KYC) may be requested at any time and is required before the first withdrawal. Accepted documents include: national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), passport, or work permit. Document review takes up to 24 hours after submission.

4Deposits

Tt345 accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$), via the following methods:

• Pix — processed in under 30 seconds, available 24/7;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — settlement within up to 3 business days;
• Credit or debit card — instant processing;
• PicPay — instant processing;
• Mercado Pago — instant processing;
• Bank TED transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, or Banco do Brasil — processed within 1 business day.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, but tt345 may request proof of the source of funds for deposits above certain amounts, in accordance with regulatory and anti-money-laundering requirements.

Tt345 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's sole responsibility. Deposited funds become available for betting immediately upon payment confirmation, except for boleto bancário, which is subject to standard clearing times.

5Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, provided the balance is not tied to an ongoing rollover requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.

The preferred withdrawal method is Pix, processed in an average of 5 minutes after approval. TED withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. tt345 does not charge any withdrawal fees.

The first withdrawal from each account is contingent on completing the identity verification process (KYC). After the first successful verification, subsequent withdrawals do not require new documentation, unless there is a change in registration details or a specific request from the compliance team.

Tt345 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals from an account for review if there is suspicion of irregular activity, bonus abuse, or a compliance investigation. The maximum review period in such cases is 5 business days, after which the balance is either released or, if a violation is confirmed, withheld in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods linked to the account holder's CPF;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the full rollover requirement set out in the corresponding promotion has been met;
• If an account is closed at the user's request, the full available real-money balance is returned to the account holder.

6Sports Betting

Tt345 offers pre-game and live Sports Betting across more than 35 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Champions League), volleyball (Superliga Masculina and Feminina, Liga das Nações), MMA/UFC, basketball NBB, and e-sports (CBLOL, CS2).

A bet confirmed by the user is final and cannot be cancelled, except in the cases set out in these Terms. tt345 reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of:

• A technical error or odds error resulting in clearly incorrect values;
• Event cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours with no confirmed rescheduling;
• Result not yet officially confirmed by the relevant governing body;
• Well-founded suspicion of match-fixing on a wagered event.

If a bet is cancelled, the staked amount is fully refunded to the user's balance. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final — any subsequent odds changes do not affect already confirmed bets.

For live betting, tt345 may temporarily suspend markets during periods of uncertainty — such as VAR reviews in football or play stoppages in volleyball. Bets confirmed before the suspension remain valid.

7Live Casino, Slots, and Crash Games

Tt345 offers Live Casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, live poker), slots from licensed providers, and crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX). All games available on the platform are supplied by certified providers with RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent bodies.

The platform's average RTP (Return to Player) is 97%, but each game has its own specific RTP, which can be found in the game's information section. tt345 does not interfere with casino game outcomes — these are determined exclusively by the systems of certified providers.

In crash games, the cash out feature is solely the user's responsibility — delays caused by the user's own connection do not entitle them to claim bets lost due to a cash out failure outside the platform's control.

8Bonuses & Promotions

Tt345 offers regular promotions for new and active users, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets, and odds boosts. All promotions are detailed in the Promotions section of the platform, with their specific eligibility conditions, rollover requirements, and expiration dates.

General rules applicable to all tt345 bonuses:

• Each user is entitled to redeem the welcome bonus once;
• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate — bets are deducted from the bonus balance first when both are available, unless the promotion specifies otherwise;
• Rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, not on the deposit;
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.40 generally do not count toward rollover requirements — check the terms of each promotion;
• Tt345 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is identified, including placing bets on both sides of the same event to meet rollover requirements without risk;
• Flash promotions may have expiration windows of just a few hours — tt345 is not obligated to keep a published promotion available indefinitely.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the tt345 platform and subject to immediate account closure, forfeiture of bonus balance, and in the most serious cases, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent limits;
• Use of third-party data during registration, including another person's CPF, email address, or payment methods;
• Any form of match fixing, collusion with other users, or use of automated software (bots) for betting;
• Attempted money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful purposes;
• Betting on events whose outcome the user has privileged knowledge of (sports insider trading);
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior directed at the tt345 support team;
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or clearly incorrect odds to obtain undue profit.

Tt345 uses automated monitoring systems and manual analysis to identify suspicious behavior patterns. Investigation of any of the above situations may result in a temporary account block during the review period.

10Account Closure

At the user's request: Any user may request account closure at any time via support chat or email. The available real-money balance is returned in full to the account holder via Pix or TED after the final verification process is complete. Any unmet bonus balance is cancelled.

By tt345: The platform reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in cases of serious conduct such as money laundering, fraud, or underage use. In all other cases, the user is notified by email before closure, with an opportunity to respond.

Self-Exclusion: Users who request self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons will have their account blocked for the chosen period (temporary or permanent). During the self-exclusion period, the user may not create new accounts, and tt345 will only send marketing notifications if the user explicitly reactivates them at the end of the period.

11Data Protection and LGPD

Tt345 collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, financial transaction data, and platform usage data.

The legal bases for data processing used by tt345 are: contract performance (provision of platform services), legal obligation (regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering), and legitimate interest (platform security and fraud prevention).

13Limitation of Liability

Tt345 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet or device connectivity issues on the user's end that prevent bet confirmation or cash out;
• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance, communicated in advance;
• Unauthorized account access by third parties resulting from the user's failure to keep their credentials secure;
• Odds fluctuations between the time of review and bet confirmation, within normal operating ranges.

Tt345's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the real-money balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

14Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Tt345 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with prior notice sent by email to the user at least 15 days' notice for material changes. Minor or regulatory changes may be implemented with shorter notice.

The updated version of the Terms is always published on this page with the update date shown at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may request account closure before the effective date.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

Any dispute or controversy arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through tt345 support shall be submitted to the courts of the Comarca of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

Tt345 encourages users to resolve any issues through the support channel before taking legal action. The average dispute resolution time through support is up to 5 business days.
